Recently I've decided to spend more time on my own projects and less time "available" as it were.

To put an end to all the discussion (assuming anyone actually reads this) here is the (near) complete breakdown of "what's up" First off, you may notice that the site currently has a different theme. I assure you, this is temporary, but it's entirely in line with the color scheme of a certain car

While I am sure I have impressed on everyone just how much I love my car, this is not why I've changed the theme.

I am working on a website that I hope to launch in the near future for local Mini owners (the Pittsburgh/Johnstown/SW-PA region) to get together.

I won't say much more about it, since I doubt anyone in my circle of friends (beyond myself of course) gives a shit.

So there is that.

I also whipped up a fun little toy for you Mac users (Dave, Morgan, Chuck, Derek, Joe, et al). It's pretty basic, but IMHO quite useful.

Basically, it's a script that when triggered will call your phone (cellular or otherwise) via Skype and play the sound file of your choosing.

The cool factor here is that you can easily link it to system events for remote notification. I won't get into detail about how to go about that, so figure it out.

The script itself requires SoundFlower, Skype and iTunes. I recommend opening it up in Script Editor.app and looking at the comments for exact usage.

Continuing along in the "things no one but me cares about category" I've done some extensive work on the XML-RPC code (which was previously non-existant) for the FREON engine (you know, that thing that powers this site).

That may not sound impressive, but right now I am posting this story from within Flock

Which reminds me, fucking go get the latest version of Flock. At first glance it may not seem that impressive, but configure it to use your Flickr account, go to your friends and behold the awesome "View Photostream" enhancement Flock adds.
Sexy.

And at the very heart of it all, my dramatic bout of anti-social behavior (tempered greatly after everyone fucking annoyed the shit out of me for taking hiatus) was quite simple:
