I suppose one of the best parts of SaturDave is the fact that a wealth of amusing things happens. And of course there is the fact that we all get blind drunk.

I know I will never forget the '02 saturdave. We were out boating fairly early on, and drinking lightly. After being dragged like a wet rag across the lake by Corey, I returned to the boat. I took the wheel for, oh, maybe 5 minutes, when everything got bad.

You see, apparently DCNR was out on the lake that day. And apparently, there are laws regarding how many, what type, and what condition of lifejackets. Apparently, we didn't meet several of the requirements. Apparently, I was responsible, because I was behind the wheel.

Fortunately, we took up a collection back on shore, and I was able to pay the fine with no problems.

I can honestly say that while not the funniest story, it was certainly memorable.
